On October 17 of this year, representatives of the Austrian company "Process and Plant Industries AG" visited the territory of the SEZ "Seaport Aktau".

The company is interested in implementing a project for the construction of Waste Sulfuric Acid Regeneration plants (ROSC), the technology of which allows processing sulfur-containing gases and liquids, obtaining clean air at the outlet (free of sulfur dioxide (SO2).

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "SEZ "Seaport Aktau" Kabashev A.T. familiarized with the activities, norms of the current legislation and plans for the further development of the SEZ.

The meeting was also attended by representatives of the National Center for Technological Forecasting and Management of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Mangystau region.

Following the meeting, an agreement on further cooperation was reached.
